Rental Fees:
The day of pick up is counted as Day 1 of the Rental, regardless of the pick up time. The day the camper is returned is counted as the final day of rental.
Rental Minimum:
Minimum hire is 3 days.
Payment Policy:
50% of total charge is required on booking the Camper Trailer, (this is also the cancellation fee, see policy below).
The 50% balance of the total charge is due on the day of pick up.
Cash, Master Card, Visa or American Express can make the payment.
A 2% surcharge is payable on all credit card transactions.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations prior to the 21 days will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within the 21 days will be charged 100% of total booking charge.
Licence Required:
A valid full Australian or International Drivers license will be accepted and must be viewed. The minimum age is 21 years.

Bond Deposit:
On delivery of camper trailer, renters must leave a Bond of $1000.00 in the form of a credit card imprint. The credit card slip will be destroyed on the condition that the camper trailer is returned by 5 pm on the final day of rental, undamaged and cleaned.
Cleaning:
Cleaning fees can be deducted from the Bond, the rate is $110.00. This fee will not be charged if the camper trailer is returned in the same clean state as it was hired.
